Data we handle
We handle the data you give us when you write to us or fill in the trade form: your name or the name of your business, an email address or phone number, and the message you send. We collect no data from any other source.
What we use it for
We use it only to reply to you, to carry on the conversation that follows from your message and, where it applies, to set up a commercial relationship. We do not use it to send you advertising. The legal basis is your consent when you send us the message.
How long we keep it
We keep the data while the conversation lasts and afterwards for as long as legal responsibilities may arise from it. Enquiries that lead to no commercial relationship are deleted once they have been answered.
Who has access
We pass the data to no one. It is accessible to the providers of our website hosting and email services, who handle it on our behalf and under our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, to correct it or to delete it, and also to restrict or object to the way we handle it and to send it on to you. Write to info@bresneda.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
